Breathe a sigh of relief. Just to be anxious some more.
Well its done and over. My interviewer, Ian, called from a blocked number a 2:35 this afternoon. He started off by asking me to go over my past job experiences and what duties I had in them. And then why I wanted to do the program. I stumbled over my words a bit, but i tried to smile and make sure to stress how much the magic meant to me and how much I wanted a job at Disney permanently! He even said that he worked his way up from a minimum wage job to where he is now! He asked about my top 3 roles and why I wanted them, I sorta repeated myself some which makes me nervous. Then he asked me about Main Entrance Ops which was a moderate interest for me. I did better at answering his situational questions. He even asked me what my favorite rides were, so I wonder if maybe thats where I'll get placed? Hmm. He asked if I would be okay working outside, and after i told him it gets to be 115 in Oklahoma, he laughed and said "I take that as a yes!" It broke the ice a little bit, making him laugh. And he asked me a few more questions before he let me ask him some questions about networking and getting my foot in the door at Disney! He seemed very excited that I wanted to work for Disney as a career, so he gave me a lot of information. I made sure to thank him for the opportunity, and we ended the call. 18:37 minutes exactly. Wherever you are Ian, thank you!
