Complete apartment!

After finding our last roommate Ashley (yes another one!) last night, we now have a complete apartment! Already complete with super cute crafts and princess names. :) 

Ashley Taylor is working QSFB and is Princess Merida! 

Ashley Wert is working QSFB and is Princess Aurora! 

Brianna is working QSFB and is Princess Belle!

Casey is working QSFB and is Princess Elsa!

Jenna is working Main Entrancs Operations and is Princess Ariel!

And I am attractions and Princess Rapunzel! 

I'm so excited to meet these love ladies finally!!

Next to last princess!

We found our fifth princess today! 

Ashely is from Pennsylvania! She has been accepted for quick service food and beverage! And she likes Harry Potter too! Her, Casey, and I will have lots of fun teaching Brianna and Jenna the ways of magic! We are just waiting for Riley to be accepted and then our apartment will be completely! I can't wait!!

Two new princesses!

Monday, one of my pending friends got accepted and yesterday Jenna and I found our fourth roommate! 

Brianna is from Louisiana! She is working Quick Service food and beverage! I met her towards the beginning of this process and I'm so glad she got accepted!! 

Casey is from Indiana! She is also working quick service food and beverage! She is so sweet AND she likes Harry Potter! We've already planned a movie marathon! (our roommates are in for quite the time.)

I'm so excited to already have 4 out of 6 of my roommates found! We are already a little ohana and so close! Now I just need my last pending friend to be accepted and to find one more roommate! I can't wait to meet all of them. 151 days. :)

Princess Roommates!

So I have already found 1 of my 5 roommates for Disney! There are two others who I have also found, but they are currently pending :( so hopefully they get accepted!

The first is Jenna! 

Jenna is from Massachusetts and working Main Entrance Operations! We hit it off literally RIGHT off the bat. Our roommate surveys on Facebook were almost identical. I can't wait to room with her, and share a room with her as well!!

We've already made a bucket list, packing list, and talked about which park we are going to first! And we are also going to each get a tiara and pick our favorite princess and start going by those names. ;) I'm Rapunzel, of course. 157 days!

Bucket List - Disney Style

I added a new handy little tab over to the left under the picture of the castle! Its my official DCP bucket list I have made with the help of one of my roommates, Jenna! (You'll hear more about her later!) But I will keep it updated as I knock things off the list, and I'll be sure to post pictures for you guys to see! Im more excited about doing the things on this list than I am my biology homework...hehehe. Only 160 days to go!

Saying goodbye to you? Don't make me do it.

I figured we would last longer than four days. But I already had my first major breakdown about leaving Robert. Guy wrenching sobs and all. This is going to be so much harder than I thought. It hit me like a train that I was going to be 1,200+ miles away from him for almost five months. While we have agreed he will be making three separate trips to visit not including moving me to Floridia(one by himself, one with his roommate, and one with his siblings and my family), we realized that we are still going to spend almost seven weeks at a time apart. Seeing as we don't spend much time apart as it is, it's going to be very hard to take him to the airport to leave after moving in to my apartment in August. I already miss him...and he's just across campus. Literally a phone call away. What am I going to do when he's 22 hours away? I've never been this attached to one person, and I can't say I don't love it. And him for being so supportive. But he told me he would make it up with my Christmas surprise he's bringing with him when his family and mine come to visit. I'm almost too curious to ask what it is!

Not to mention how much I'm going to miss my family. The longest I've spent away from them was a week and a half. And that was last summer! What am I going to do?! I need daddy almost once a week for technically help, or when I need help moving something, or when I just need daddy comfort. And my mom to give great advice. And my sister to make me laugh and listen to me rant. And my brother, so life is never dull.

It's just five short months, but I'm going to miss almost half a year of everyone's lives. And I'll be the VERY last person to see the new house finished! It'll be don't almost a month before I even get to come home. 

The memories I make will be great, I'm sure! But I'm worried there will be lots I miss while in florida.....

Its official! As of August 11, I will be an official Disney World Cast Member! Boss man Mickey looks so excited to see me already! 161 days away! ❤️✨

Congratulations, Meredith!

I promise I only cried enough to fill a small swimming pool! At 9:19 AM I received my email congratulating me on recieving my internship at Walt Disney World! I got my second pick role of Attractions! I leave August 11, and come home January 7! There were many tears and lots of laughter. Thank you all for the prayers and support!! 

IM GOING HOME!!!!
